Stevie Wonder presented the award for “Song of the Year” at the 2016 Grammys, but before announcing the winner the legendary singer took a moment to poke fun at the audience.
He opened the envelope onstage and turned the contents to the camera, jokingly taunting the audience because they couldn’t read the results, because they were written in Braille.
“You can’t read this. You can’t read Braille. Ah na na na na na” Wonder joked when he showed the paper to the crowd. It was definitely the biggest laugh of the night, and Wonder took the opportunity to add a positive message to his joke. Reminding everyone that we should make everything accessible to everyone with a disability. You can’t argue with that. Check out the video below.
